As part of our ongoing Server Maintenance, the following is a list of dates and times that we have scheduled for important updates on servers in our network, for security and/or performance improvements.

**NOTE: Times are subject to change, so ensure to check back regularly.

You can check what server your hosting subscription is on by logging into your Plesk Control Panel and viewing the IP address on your hosting setup.

During the outage periods outlined, websites and email will be unavailable. If your email client on any device gives a warning about not connecting during the outage, please ignore it and do not enter any passwords to your email client.

• Friday 26th January – Estimate outage from 11pm to 12am – COMPLETED
  • Important BIOS updates to server ELH 7 ( IP 91.223.9.22 )
  • Important BIOS updates to server ELH 10 ( IP 91.223.9.45 & IP 91.223.9.62 )
  • During this time the elive.net and elive.me websites will also be unavailable.
    RESULT: BIOS on ELH 7 & ELH10 completed by 00:15 & all services back online. During the update, an issue was noticed on our DNS system, as a result the web interface to manage DNS records is currently offline, expect to have full restoration Monday 28th Jan. Further update will be provided.
    
• Saturday 27th January – Estimate outage from 8pm to 10pm – COMPLETED
  • MySQL server upgrade on server ELH 1 ( IP 91.223.9.70 & IP 91.223.9.76 )
  • MySQL server upgrade on server ELH 6 ( IP 91.223.9.24 )
    RESULT: MySQL updated from 10.3 to 10.6 on ELH 1 and ELH 6 and all services back online by 21:15
    
• Friday 2nd February – Estimate outage from 7pm to 8:15pm – COMPLETED
  • Important BIOS updates to server ELH 8 ( IP 91.223.9.50 )
  • RESULT: BIOS on ELH 8 completed by 8:00pm & all services back online.
    
• Saturday 3rd February – Estimate outage from 8pm to 10pm – COMPLETED
  • MySQL server upgrade on server ELH 13 ( IP 91.223.9.54 )
  • MySQL server upgrade on server ELH 12 ( IP 91.223.9.52 )
    RESULT: MySQL updated from 10.3 to 10.6 on ELH 12 by 8:20pm and ELH 13 by 8:50pm, and all services back online.
    
• Saturday 10th February – Estimate outage from 8pm to 10pm – COMPLETED
  • MySQL server upgrade on server ELH 11 ( IP 91.223.9.14 & IP 91.223.9.40 )
  • MySQL server upgrade on server ELH 10 ( IP 91.223.9.45 & IP 91.223.9.62 )
    RESULT: MySQL updated from 10.3 to 10.6 on ELH 11 by 9:40pm and ELH 10 by 10:10pm, and all services back online.
    
• Friday 16th February – Estimate outage from 7pm to 11pm – COMPLETED
  • MySQL server upgrade on server ELH 3 ( IP 91.223.9.15 )
    RESULT: MySQL updated from 10.3 to 10.6 on ELH 3 by 7:40pm, and all services back online.
    
• Saturday 17th February – Estimate outage from 8pm to 10pm – COMPLETED
  • MySQL server upgrade on server ELH 7 ( IP 91.223.9.22 )
  • MySQL server upgrade on server ELH 8 ( IP 91.223.9.50 & 91.223.9.51 )
    RESULT: MySQL updated from 10.3 to 10.6 on ELH 7 & ELH 8 by 9:30pm, and all services back online
    
• Sunday 25th February – Estimate partial outages from 6pm to 2am on 26th – INCOMPLETE
  • Migration of Hosting Subscription from Legacy server ELH 4 ( IP 91.223.9.100 ) to New server
    STATUS: Due to issues with the migration, it was not completed. We will reschedule.
    
• Monday 1st April – Estimate partial outages from 7pm to 4am on 2nd
  • ReScheduled Migration of Hosting Subscription from Legacy server ELH 4 ( IP 91.223.9.100 ) to New Server
