Resolved: Dropsuite Backup Failed issue

Between Saturday the 3rd Feb and Monday 5th Feb 2024, you may have received an email regarding a failed Dropsuite backup.
This was due to an error in an upgrade to our network firewall protection that blocked some connections for a small number of users.
The issue was resolved on Monday the 5th Feb at approx 19:50
Backups should perform as normal going forward, but if you have any issues, please notify us by emailing support@elive.net
