As part of our ongoing Server Maintenance, the following is a list that we have scheduled for important updates on servers in our network, for security and/or performance improvements.

You can check what server your hosting subscription is on by logging into your Plesk Control Panel and viewing the IP address on your hosting setup, or via your client account at https://www.elive.me

2nd December 2024 8pm to 4am on the 3rd:

• Migration of Subscriptions from Legacy Server ELH 5 ( IPs 91.223.9.40 ) to ELH 16 ( IP 91.223.9.42 )

9th December 2024 8pm to 4am on the 10th:

• Migration of Subscriptions from Legacy Server ELH 11 ( IPs 91.223.9.14 ) to ELH 16 ( IP 91.223.9.42 )

Retirement of PHP 7.x & 8.0

• Starting September 2024, we are removing support for PHP 7.x & PHP 8.0 from all servers, as it is EOL. We recommend all customers upgrade to PHP 8.2 at the least. This can be done in your Hosting Subscription..
