As part of our ongoing Server Maintenance, the following is a list that we have scheduled for important updates on servers in our network, for security and/or performance improvements.

You can check what server your hosting subscription is on by logging into your Plesk Control Panel and viewing the IP address on your hosting setup.

September 2024:

• Migration of Subscriptions from Legacy Server ELH 11 & 5 ( IPs 91.223.9.40 & 91.223.9.14 ) to ELH 16 ( IP 91.223.9.42 )
• During the month we are migrating subscriptions, and will be in touch if there are any service affecting issues. If you previously logged in to your Control Panel at https://elh11.elive.net , and experience any issue logging in, please use https://elh16.elive.net . You can login to your client account at https://www.elive.me and double check your server IP & login link under the Services section.

Retirement of PHP 7.x & 8.0

• Starting September 2024, we are removing support for PHP 7.x & PHP 8.0 from all servers, as it is EOL. We recommend all customers upgrade to PHP 8.2 at the least. This can be done in your Hosting Subscription. We plan to have PHP 7.x & 8.0 removed by the end of December 2024, to allow you time to plan for any upgrades required to ensure PHP 8.1+ compatibility.
